How to Watch NFL Thanksgiving Games 2026

For the complete weekly channel map, Sunday Ticket limits and service comparison, read the NFL without cable guide.

Last verified: August 2, 2026

The NFL's 2026 Thanksgiving week includes five nationally distributed games over three consecutive days. Green Bay visits the Los Angeles Rams on Wednesday night, the traditional Thanksgiving tripleheader follows on Thursday, and Denver visits Pittsburgh on Black Friday.

This guide lists the exact kickoffs and explains which subscriptions are required, where an antenna works, which services support televisions, how replays differ and what can legitimately be watched without a monthly streaming plan.

The NFL's official Thanksgiving Week announcement confirms all five matchups, venues, times and primary platforms. The league's 2026 schedule page also lists the Wednesday and Thursday platform assignments.

One Paramount+ marketing article incorrectly displays 12:30 p.m. ET for Bears-Lions. The official NFL schedule, CBS Sports' announcement and the Bears' team page all agree on 1:00 p.m. ET / noon CT, so 1:00 p.m. ET is the verified kickoff used here.

Watch Packers vs Rams on Thanksgiving Eve

Netflix access

Packers-Rams kicks off Wednesday, November 25 at 8:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. PT. Netflix identifies it as the NFL's first Thanksgiving Eve game and says its 2026 NFL games are available in more than 200 countries.

The game is included with every Netflix plan at no additional event charge. Current direct US monthly prices are $8.99 for Standard with ads, $19.99 for Standard and $26.99 for Premium. Netflix currently offers a limited free trial only to eligible new members in certain countries; if it does not appear automatically during signup, no trial is available for that location or device.

Netflix's 2026 NFL announcement confirms Packers-Rams and says local over-the-air broadcasts will also be available in the participating team markets. The specific Green Bay and Los Angeles station assignments were not published in the material reviewed, so residents should wait for the game-week listing rather than guessing a channel.

Netflix devices, controls and replay

Netflix live events work on most current smart TVs, streaming players, phones, tablets, computers and consoles. The app and device software must be current.

During a supported live event, viewers can pause, rewind, start from the beginning or jump to live. A recording can remain available after the broadcast, but Netflix warns that availability can be limited and that processing may take several days on unsupported devices or for additional languages.

Netflix's live-events help page currently requires Android 9+ and iOS/iPadOS 18+ for live mobile viewing. First-, second- and third-generation Chromecast plus Chromecast Ultra do not support Netflix live events; Chromecast with Google TV is supported. Casting from Chrome and many mobile mirroring methods are also unsupported for live playback.

Commercial breaks may appear during the game on every Netflix plan, including otherwise ad-free plans.

Watch Bears vs Lions on CBS and Paramount+

CBS with an antenna

Bears-Lions kicks off Thursday at 1:00 p.m. ET / noon CT / 10:00 a.m. PT. CBS carries the national broadcast.

A receivable local CBS affiliate and antenna provide a legitimate no-subscription route. The antenna and installation may cost money, while reception depends on distance, terrain, building materials, placement and the station serving the viewer's address.

Run a channel scan and test the CBS affiliate before Thanksgiving. Cable, satellite and live-TV streaming packages can also carry CBS, but local-channel availability varies by ZIP code.

Paramount+

Paramount+ confirms that Bears-Lions streams live and that NFL on CBS is available on any Paramount+ plan when the game is shown by the viewer's local CBS station.

Current monthly prices are:

  • Paramount+ Essential: $8.99
  • Paramount+ Premium: $13.99

Essential includes NFL on CBS despite not including a continuous local CBS live station. Premium adds the local CBS station in supported markets, downloads and additional video features. Both plans carry advertising during live sports.

Paramount+ supports up to three simultaneous streams. Its app is available on current phones, tablets, browsers, smart TVs and major streaming devices. Review the official 2026 NFL viewing guide and verify the Bears-Lions tile before kickoff.

Watch Eagles vs Cowboys on FOX

FOX with an antenna

Eagles-Cowboys kicks off Thursday at 4:30 p.m. ET / 3:30 p.m. CT / 1:30 p.m. PT. FOX carries the national television broadcast.

A local FOX affiliate received with an antenna is the no-subscription option where signal reception is available. Test the station before Thanksgiving rather than assuming that the same antenna placement used for CBS or NBC will work equally well.

Viewers with a participating TV provider can also use the provider's FOX access. Check the current local-channel lineup before subscribing.

FOX One

FOX One streams NFL on FOX without a cable package. Current direct pricing is $19.99 monthly or $199.99 annually. FOX advertises a three-day trial for eligible signups; offers can change and convert automatically to a paid plan unless cancelled.

FOX One works on web, iOS and Android, Apple TV, Roku, Android/Google TV, Fire TV, selected Samsung, LG and Vizio smart TVs, Xbox and Prime Video Channels. Minimum operating-system and model requirements apply.

FOX says the service includes live viewing and cloud DVR. The official NFL on FOX One page confirms the 2026 NFL package, current price, trial and supported-device families. Verify DVR availability and retention terms on the Eagles-Cowboys event tile before relying on it as a permanent replay.

Watch Chiefs vs Bills on NBC and Peacock

NBC and Telemundo over the air

Chiefs-Bills kicks off Thursday at 8:20 p.m. ET / 7:20 p.m. CT / 5:20 p.m. PT. NBC carries the English broadcast, while Telemundo Deportes provides Spanish-language coverage across Telemundo/Universo and Peacock.

A receivable NBC affiliate provides a no-subscription English route. A local Telemundo station may provide the Spanish broadcast over the air where the affiliate and signal are available. Confirm the local listing because not every market carries the same Spanish channel.

NBC says authenticated TV subscribers can stream through NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app on desktops, phones, tablets and connected TVs.

Peacock

Peacock Premium costs $10.99 monthly or $109.99 annually. Premium Plus costs $16.99 monthly or $169.99 annually. Both include the Thanksgiving night game, and live sports contain ads on both tiers.

Peacock permits up to three concurrent streams. Supported devices include current browsers, iPhone and iPad, Android, Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast and Google TV, selected smart TVs, PlayStation and Xbox.

The NBC Sports 2026 schedule confirms Chiefs-Bills on NBC, Peacock and Telemundo. Peacock has not promised a permanent full-game replay window, so use NFL+ Premium if complete postgame replay formats are essential.

Watch Broncos vs Steelers on Black Friday

Broncos-Steelers kicks off Friday, November 27 at 3:00 p.m. ET / noon PT on Prime Video. Amazon's official 2026 schedule confirms the matchup and date.

Prime Video is included with Amazon Prime at $14.99 monthly or $139 annually in the United States. Eligible new members can receive a 30-day trial. Prime Video Ultra is an optional $4.99 monthly upgrade for additional streams, downloads, 4K/UHD and reduced advertising; it is not required simply to watch the game, and live sports can still contain ads.

The base Prime Video benefit currently supports four concurrent account streams; Ultra supports five. Event-specific same-title limits can be lower, so test the actual Black Friday event rather than planning four simultaneous copies of the game.

Prime Video supports Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, Google TV/Chromecast, smart TVs, phones, tablets, browsers, PlayStation and Xbox. The event page lists the main broadcast, Prime Vision with Next Gen Stats and TNF en Español.

Amazon made previous Black Friday Football games free without a Prime membership. However, the current 2026 schedule and event material reviewed for Broncos-Steelers do not explicitly promise the same free access. Do not treat the 2023 or 2025 policy as confirmation for 2026. Start2Watch will update this section if Amazon publishes a game-specific free-access announcement.

Can NFL+ show the holiday games?

NFL+ includes eligible live local and nationally televised regular-season games, but live video is limited to phones and tablets. Installing the NFL app on a Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, console or smart TV does not unlock live television viewing through NFL+.

Current direct prices are:

  • NFL+: $6.99 monthly or $49.99 annually
  • NFL+ Premium: $14.99 monthly or $99.99 annually

NFL+ Premium adds full-game, condensed and All-22 replays across supported devices after the games. The NFL's official pricing page notes that app-store and third-party billing may add fees.

The NFL schedule explicitly lists NFL+ for the Wednesday and Thanksgiving games. Confirm the Broncos-Steelers live tile in the NFL app because the league's holiday announcement lists Prime Video as Friday's primary platform without separately naming NFL+.

Which Thanksgiving games are free?

Confirmed no-subscription television

Where local reception is available, antennas can receive:

  • Bears-Lions on CBS
  • Eagles-Cowboys on FOX
  • Chiefs-Bills on NBC
  • The Spanish Chiefs-Bills broadcast through a participating local Telemundo affiliate
  • Packers-Rams in the Packers and Rams home television markets once the stations are assigned

These are over-the-air broadcasts, not free internet streams. Reception and station availability depend on the viewer's address.

Not confirmed as free nationwide

  • Packers-Rams requires Netflix outside the participating team-market broadcasts.
  • Paramount+, FOX One, Peacock and NFL+ are paid services, aside from temporary eligible trials.
  • Amazon has not yet confirmed whether Broncos-Steelers will repeat the free nationwide Black Friday policy used in prior years.
  • No complete licensed website has been confirmed to stream all five games free.

Start2Watch does not link to copied credentials, social-media mirrors, unauthorized restreams or unlicensed IPTV services.

Set up before Thanksgiving week

  1. Decide which of the five games you plan to watch; no single confirmed US service carries all five live on television.
  2. Test CBS, FOX and NBC antenna reception during ordinary programming.
  3. Confirm Packers-Rams in Netflix and Broncos-Steelers in Prime Video.
  4. Check local station availability inside Paramount+, FOX One or a TV provider.
  5. Verify prices, trials, renewal dates, stream limits and supported devices.
  6. Update every app and test ordinary video on the device and network you will use.
  7. Open coverage 15 to 20 minutes before each kickoff.

Use Start2Watch's internet speed guide to plan for multiple household streams. If video freezes or loses resolution, follow the stream buffering diagnostic. Fire TV users can use the Firestick Wi-Fi troubleshooting guide.
