Last verified: August 2, 2026
Event: October 9–11, 2026
Circuit: Marina Bay Street Circuit, Singapore

The Singapore Grand Prix 2026 runs from Friday, October 9 through Sunday, October 11 at the Marina Bay Street Circuit. It is a Sprint weekend, so there is only one practice session before Sprint Qualifying on Friday, followed by the Sprint and Grand Prix qualifying on Saturday.

US viewers can watch every session live and on demand with Apple TV. Sky Sports F1 and NOW carry the complete weekend in the UK, while Channel 4 provides free UK highlights of Sprint Qualifying, the Sprint, Grand Prix qualifying and the race. Formula 1 identifies beIN as Singapore's licensed broadcaster, and beIN SPORTS CONNECT Singapore advertises every F1 race live and on demand.

For season-wide US and UK services, free coverage, devices, replays, and every remaining race guide, see how to watch Formula 1 without cable in 2026.

How to watch the Singapore Grand Prix in the US

Apple TV is Formula 1's exclusive US home for the 2026 season. It includes every practice, Sprint, qualifying session and Grand Prix live and on demand without a separate race fee.

Apple's current direct price is $12.99 per month. Eligible new subscribers can receive a seven-day free trial. Eligibility is account-specific, and the subscription renews unless it is cancelled under Apple's terms.

Apple's Formula 1 coverage includes:

  • English and Spanish commentary
  • 4K with Dolby Vision and 5.1 sound on supported coverage and equipment
  • Up to 30 additional feeds across sessions
  • Multiview with up to four feeds on supported devices
  • Full session replays, highlights and spoiler-free Race in 30 programs
  • F1 TV Premium included for US Apple TV subscribers

Read Apple's official 2026 Formula 1 announcement and check the event tile before subscribing.

Apple TV devices

Apple lists the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV 4K, Apple Vision Pro, Mac, supported Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio and TCL televisions, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast with Google TV, PlayStation, Xbox and the web at tv.apple.com.

Apple's current Formula 1 viewing page also lists the Singapore round for October 9–11. App and operating-system minimums can change, so update the device before the unusually early US sessions.

Multiview, 4K, Dolby Vision and surround-sound support differ by device. Do not assume that every television or browser provides the same feature set.

Is there a free US live stream?

No complete official free US live race stream was confirmed for Singapore. The seven-day Apple TV trial is limited to eligible new accounts and normally converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

Apple has used free companion coverage and selected-race altcasts during 2026, but no official source reviewed confirms a free Singapore race video. Do not treat an earlier race promotion as proof that this event is included.

How to watch the Singapore Grand Prix in the UK

Sky Sports F1 carries every practice, Sprint, qualifying session and race live. Sky's current Formula 1 page specifically lists the Singapore Grand Prix for October 9–11.

Viewers can use an eligible Sky TV package or stream Sky Sports through NOW. These are separate purchasing routes with different contracts and cancellation rules.

Sky Sports F1

Sky currently advertises Sky Sports F1 from £20 per month on a 31-day rolling arrangement, with 31 days' cancellation notice and a Sky TV requirement. An all-Sky-Sports offer is shown at £22 per month with a new 24-month Sky TV contract.

The advertised Sports amount is not necessarily the complete household total. Confirm the base-TV package, equipment, setup fees, minimum term, cancellation notice and complete checkout total on Sky's Formula 1 page.

Sky Go and UHD availability depend on the customer's package, equipment and device. The lowest advertised add-on should not be assumed to include every resolution or streaming feature.

NOW Sports

NOW provides Sky Sports F1 without a traditional Sky TV contract. Current direct terms are:

  • Sports Day Membership: £14.99 for one continuous 24-hour period
  • Fully Flexible Sports Month Membership: £34.99 per month
  • Sports Month free trial: unavailable
  • Standard simultaneous streams: one; supported Boost and Ultra Boost add-ons can increase the limit

The Sprint starts at 10:00 a.m. BST Saturday and the race starts at 1:00 p.m. BST Sunday—27 hours apart. A single 24-hour Day Membership cannot cover both live sessions. It can cover Saturday's Sprint and Grand Prix qualifying, or Sunday's race, depending on activation time.

NOW says a Day Membership starts immediately and cannot be paused. It supports selected smart TVs, phones, computers, PlayStation and Xbox. Boost can add Full HD and two streams on supported content; Ultra Boost can add 4K, Dolby Atmos and three streams.

Review NOW's official Formula 1 page and current Sports Membership terms before purchase.

Free UK highlights on Channel 4

Channel 4's agreement provides free-to-air highlights of Formula 1 qualifying, Sprint sessions and every Grand Prix through 2026. Live Channel 4 Formula 1 coverage is reserved for the British Grand Prix, so Singapore coverage should be treated as highlights rather than a live race.

Check Channel 4's October 10–11 listings for exact program times. The official Channel 4 and Sky announcement confirms the rights scope.

How to watch Formula 1 in Singapore

Formula 1's current country-by-country broadcaster page identifies beIN for Singapore. Formula 1 and beIN also renewed their exclusive agreement across ten Asian territories through 2030.

beIN SPORTS CONNECT Singapore currently advertises:

  • Monthly Pass: S$16.98 billed monthly
  • Yearly Pass: S$149 billed yearly, displayed as S$12.40 per month
  • Every Formula 1 race live and on demand
  • Smart-TV viewing, with up to 1080p Full HD advertised for the yearly plan

See Formula 1's official broadcaster directory and the beIN SPORTS CONNECT Singapore plan page before paying. Confirm the exact Singapore Grand Prix tile, device limit, renewal date and cancellation terms at checkout.

No separate licensed free Singapore live race stream was confirmed. Public event screens or venue entertainment, if announced, should not be assumed to carry every session or to be available online.

Why the Sprint format changes the weekend

A Sprint weekend replaces the usual Friday second practice and Saturday third practice with competitive sessions. Singapore's current order is:

  1. Friday Practice 1
  2. Friday Sprint Qualifying
  3. Saturday Sprint
  4. Saturday Grand Prix qualifying
  5. Sunday Grand Prix

This matters when choosing a short pass. Friday contains competitive qualifying, and Saturday contains both the Sprint and Grand Prix qualifying. A race-only subscription strategy misses most of the competitive weekend.

The schedule also creates difficult US viewing hours: the Sprint begins at 5:00 a.m. ET Saturday and the race at 8:00 a.m. ET Sunday. Apple TV's on-demand replays and spoiler-free Race in 30 are useful when live viewing is impractical.

Marina Bay circuit facts

Formula 1's current official circuit page lists:

  • Circuit length: 4.927 km
  • Race distance: 305.337 km
  • Race laps: 62
  • First Grand Prix: 2008
  • Layout: Marina Bay street circuit
  • Current listed fastest lap: 1:33.808 by Lewis Hamilton in 2025

Formula 1 describes Singapore as its first night race and highlights the circuit's humid conditions, bumpy street surface and 19-corner layout after the 2023 revision. Weather, Safety Car probability and tyre behavior must still be checked from current race-week information rather than treated as guaranteed outcomes.

Set up the stream before the weekend

  1. Recheck Formula 1's timetable within 72 hours of Practice 1.
  2. Confirm that the Singapore event tile appears in Apple TV, Sky, NOW or beIN.
  3. Update the official app and device operating system.
  4. Test another live or on-demand program using the same account and device.
  5. Check audio, display and replay controls before the early US sessions.
  6. If using a NOW Day Membership, choose whether Saturday or Sunday matters more before activating it.
  7. Open the live event 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled session.

Use Start2Watch's internet speed guide for HD and 4K streaming to plan household bandwidth. If the picture stalls, follow the stream buffering diagnostic. Fire TV users can use the Firestick Wi-Fi troubleshooting guide.

The previous European race is covered in the Spanish Grand Prix Madrid watch guide.

Watching from another country

Apple's Formula 1 service described here is for the United States. Sky, NOW, Channel 4 and beIN publish territorial account rules. A subscription purchased in one country does not guarantee the same rights while travelling.

Use the service licensed where you are physically watching and consult Formula 1's official broadcaster directory. Start2Watch does not provide instructions for bypassing territorial restrictions.
